About Nika: I play the sax and perform as often as I can in some small group or big band jazz ensembles and do some studio work for The Hustle (Philadelphia based hip-hop band) featuring Kuf Knots. I also co-own a small storytelling business for children with my Mom. My future projects will hopefully involve some traveling. I need to see some of the world as soon as possible.
Favorite Movie: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Funniest Moment on Set: Driving “Robin Williams”, aka David Born, around all over Pennsylvania. He even called my Mom and left a message on her voicemail… as Robin Williams. He was pretty much Robin Williams for the entire car ride.
Accomplishments: I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Before and during my attendance at Kutztown University, I won over 21 scholarships for my volunteer efforts for children. Also awarded the Lehigh Valley Spirit of the Women Award, 2004; Honeywell Corp. Volunteer of the Year; News 12 NJ- “Outstanding Women of NJ”; National Doublemint Wrigley’s Ace Award; Mamie Afflerbach Music Award; Pearl Swanger Memorial Award; NJ Educators Association Award; Kiwanis; Morristown, NJ Women’s Club and Rotary Club Awards.
